Terrible room with a window but no natural light. Room located under stairs in front of vending machine & very noisy. Completely overpriced for the facilities offered.

The manager was very nice.
Parking lot too crowded, difficult to get my car in and out easily. The room was dingy, small, and definitely not worth the money I had to pay; the place was too loud! At 6 am Sunday morning, there were kids running past my window, yelling and screaming. Woke me up when I needed to sleep in. Not happy.

The staff are outstandingly accommodating and super friendly. the breakfast includes great food, such as yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs, and hot waffles. - All in all, they offer great service.

The gentleman at the front desk was the same one during our entire stay. He was very helpful and accommodating. We were walking distance to town and the boardwalk. The room was nice and had everything we needed.
All of the towels were thin and scratchy. Breakfast could use a better variety of yogurts for kids (only had Activia). The views here arent much.

Our favorite hotel in Santa Cruz with top-class and attentive staff. Particularly good and comfortable location, close to the center of town. - Just off the boardwalk and Pacific St shopping area. - Had a nice-sized room and a pleasant stay for the price.

we were offered hot waffles, yoghourt, fresh fruit, and eggs in the morning. its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a wide sandy beach was marvellous and comfortable.

We had a great time at Comfort Inn Boardwalk in Santa Cruz. the location was excellent, very close to the boardwalk, mini market, and the beach. - the hotel was at a walking distance from a landmark bayside pier.

The aircon was very noisy and we could easily hear every hotel guest walking passed our room. Also, the pool is very small and pretty much located in the carpark in the front

It has both patient and top-class staff. Make sure you stay in the standard queen room with very comfortable beds, microwave and a fireplace. The price is £ 100. Terrific service and the food is good.
